Send a note to the board
The form below opens a prepared email in your mail program, which keeps your message private and lets you keep a copy. You can also write to contact@nextgtm.mom directly. Please include the launch date you are working toward and the region you plan to enter, as those two facts guide the first reply.
NEXTGTM CONSULTING SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. opens its quarterly launch calendar to a small number of integrated systems teams, and each board session is scheduled only after the evidence pack is complete.
Questions we hear at the desk
How quickly can a launch board session be scheduled?
Most first sessions are booked within two to three weeks of the first reply. The calendar is kept small on purpose, so a launch board session needs a completed evidence page before it is confirmed. If the timing is tight, we will say so and suggest a lighter first step rather than compress the work.
Do you work with teams outside Singapore?
Yes. The desk is on Cecil Street, and we run boards remotely for teams in other markets as well as in person in Singapore. Regional launches often need one week on site and two weeks of remote review, and we will propose the split based on what the evidence pack shows.
What should we prepare before the first call?
A short list of the last ten deals won or lost, the launch date currently assumed, and the two channels that feel least clear. That is enough to choose a lane. We do not ask for a finished strategy document, and a rough internal note is more useful than a polished deck.

Phone is best for a quick check on calendar availability. Email is best for anything that needs to be read twice, including scope outlines and evidence packs. Both reach the same small team.
